Viewing Invoices
Keep your billing organized with easy invoice access

Need to download an invoice for expense reports or tax purposes? Kling makes it easy to access your complete billing history. Here's how to find and download your invoices.

Accessing Your Invoices

To view your billing history:

  1. Log into your Kling account
  2. Click Billing in the sidebar
  3. Scroll to the Invoice History section

You'll see a list of all invoices with:

  • Invoice number
  • Date
  • Amount
  • Status (Paid, Pending, Failed)

Invoices are available for all Cloud subscriptions. Self-hosted users don't have Kling invoices, but may have invoices from their hosting providers.

Downloading Invoices

Find Your Invoice

Locate the invoice you need in the Invoice History list. Use the date filter to narrow down if you have many invoices.

Download PDF

Click the Download button (or invoice number) to get a PDF. The invoice includes all details needed for reimbursement or tax filing.

What's Included on Invoices

Each invoice contains:

Header Information

  • Invoice number (unique identifier)
  • Issue date
  • Due date
  • Payment status

Your Information

  • Organization name
  • Billing address (if provided)
  • Account email

Kling Information

  • Our company details
  • Tax ID (where applicable)

Line Items

  • Plan name and period
  • Quantity (if applicable)
  • Unit price
  • Total amount

Payment Details

  • Payment method (last 4 digits)
  • Transaction ID
  • Date paid

Update Billing Details

Need your company name or address on invoices? Update your billing information in Settings > Organization before the next invoice generates.

Bulk Invoice Download

Need multiple invoices at once? We offer bulk export:

  1. Go to Billing > Invoice History
  2. Check the boxes for desired invoices
  3. Click Download Selected
  4. Receive a ZIP file with all PDFs

This is perfect for quarterly or annual expense reporting.

Invoice Emails

Every paid invoice is automatically emailed to:

  • The primary account email
  • Any billing notification emails (configure in Settings)

Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, or download directly from the dashboard.

Adding Billing Contacts

Send invoice copies to your finance team:

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Billing
  2. Add email addresses under Billing Notifications
  3. Each address receives invoice copies automatically

Understanding Invoice Status

| Status | Meaning | | -------- | --------------------------- | | Paid | Successfully processed | | Pending | Awaiting payment processing | | Failed | Payment declined | | Refunded | Amount returned | | Void | Invoice canceled |

If Payment Fails

When a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. We retry automatically for 7 days
  3. Update your payment method to resolve
  4. After resolution, a new invoice generates

Tax Considerations

For US Businesses

Kling does not currently collect sales tax. Consult your tax advisor about SaaS subscription tax obligations.

For EU Businesses

VAT may apply depending on your location. Contact support to add your VAT ID for proper invoicing.

For Other Regions

Check your local regulations regarding digital services tax. Our invoices include all details needed for tax compliance.

Annual Summaries

For annual subscription holders or tax purposes, we provide:

  1. Annual summary statement (available each January)
  2. Total spend for the calendar year
  3. Breakdown by month and plan

Request at Billing > Request Annual Summary or contact support.

Common Questions

How far back can I access invoices?

Complete history from account creation is available.

Can I get a modified invoice?

Contact support with your requirements. We can update company name, address, or other details.

Do you support PO numbers?

Yes. Add your PO number in Settings > Billing and it will appear on future invoices.

What currency are invoices in?

USD by default. Enterprise customers may request local currency billing.
